These Terms govern your access to and use of TBoard, a service that publishes weekly leaderboards for social accounts, music, movies, and news, along with voting and feedback features.
By accessing TBoard, voting on a leaderboard, or submitting feedback, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to vote or submit feedback on TBoard. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the site.
You agree not to manipulate or attempt to manipulate rankings or votes, use bots, scripts, or multiple accounts to cast extra votes, scrape or republish leaderboard data at scale without permission, or submit feedback that is abusive, false, or unlawful.
TBoard is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TBoard Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any ranking.
We may restrict or block access to voting or feedback features for violation of these Terms, including suspected vote manipulation or abuse.
We may revise these Terms as TBoard evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
